Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "td77" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at td77.ws, including all associated pages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, together with the td77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms applicable to your account.
• "Account" means the individual PKR-denominated player account created by a User on the td77 Platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "User" or "you" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the td77 Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the sole transaction currency of td77 accounts.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, crash games, and any other gaming products made available on the td77 Platform from time to time.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting service offered through the td77 Platform, including but not limited to cricket, PSL, football, and other sporting event markets.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to a User's account pursuant to a td77 promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the td77 website, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you are accessing td77 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In the absence of such authority, you accept these Terms personally and in your individual capacity.

Eligibility

To register and maintain a td77 Account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must register and maintain only one (1) Account on the td77 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

Account Registration

To access the full range of td77 services, including the Games, Sportsbook, and payment functions, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. During registration you will be required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document.
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A Pakistani mobile number for account verification and two-factor authentication purposes.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
• A secure password of your own choosing, meeting the minimum complexity requirements specified at the time of registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your td77 login credentials. td77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. td77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for that decision.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the td77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). td77 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits credited instantly.
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet deposits credited instantly.
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer, credited within one business day.
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer, credited within one business day.
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer, credited within one business day.

Deposits: td77 imposes no platform-level fees on deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by td77 within one (1) to three (3) business days of submission, subject to completion of identity verification. td77 imposes no platform-level fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible.

Verification: td77 reserves the right to require additional identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

Bonuses & Promotions

td77 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Promotions are available to registered, verified td77 account holders only, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Each promotion carries a specific Wagering Requirement, minimum deposit threshold, eligible game or market restriction, and expiry period, all of which are set out in the individual promotion terms displayed at the time the offer is presented.
• td77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonus funds already credited to an account.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if a withdrawal request is made before the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• td77 reserves the right to decline the award of a promotional bonus or to require the return of bonus funds where td77 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the offer has been exploited, abused, or claimed through fraudulent means.
• Only one promotional offer may be active on a td77 account at any one time unless the promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.

Permitted Use

The td77 Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree that you will use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating or facilitating gambling on behalf of third parties.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the td77 Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents normal human user behaviour.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with td77 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any Game or Sportsbook market.
• Exploiting any error, technical fault, or pricing anomaly on the Platform for financial gain; any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the td77 infrastructure, including databases, servers, or other users' accounts.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using td77 accounts for money laundering purposes.

td77 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Breaches of this clause will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the td77 Platform — including but not limited to the td77 brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, design layouts, icons, and audiovisual elements — is the property of td77 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any td77 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any td77 software or content.
• Use the td77 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written consent.

Responsible Gaming

td77 is strongly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time alerts to receive in-session notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the td77 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period and are processed within 24 hours of the request being received.

Account Suspension & Termination

td77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any balance therein, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity or payment verification within the period requested by td77.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or mobile wallet provider.
• A court order or direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority requiring td77 to restrict or close the Account.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3, including but not limited to the 21+ age requirement.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, td77 reserves the right to retain any balance in the Account as liquidated damages. Where an Account is closed at td77's discretion for operational reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder via the original payment method.

You may request closure of your own Account at any time by contacting td77 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td77 excludes all liability for any losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses sustained through participation in any Game or Sportsbook market.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
• Errors, interruptions, delays, or failures in the operation of the Platform caused by factors outside td77's reasonable control, including telecommunications infrastructure failures or force majeure events.

td77's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their td77 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits td77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by td77 is governed by the td77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the Agreement between you and td77.

By registering an Account you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and customer support. Amendments to These Terms

td77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, td77 will notify registered account holders by email to the address on file and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the td77 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming regulatory standards and the laws applicable to td77's licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the td77 Platform, you are encouraged to contact td77 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. td77 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
